In this role, you will learn the full recruitment process. You will be trained on how to manage recruitment processes and place market professionals into our vacancies. This is an opportunity to build relationships with our clients by attracting exceptional talent. You will become an expert in your market by receiving tailored training from leadership and mentorship.

Are you open to a new role in recruitment?
As a Senior Consultant, you will be able to build upon existing client relationships and leverage your existing recruitment knowledge to really grow your career with us. You will be a role model to Consultants and Associate Consultants in the business. As a Senior Consultant, you will then work with your Manager to decide whether you want to take a Management route or focus solely on your personal billings - both options which are supported through our career progression ladder.

As a Manager you will lead your team in their recruitment processes and be focused on training and developing them. You will work closely with our leadership team to supervise and mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants in the business and you will act as a role model for best practice in recruitment.
